Join us for worship this Sunday as we conclude the sermon series “Every Thought Captive”. In Every Thought Captive, we will find the tools we need to get our thoughts into submission so we can live a fuller and more joy-filled life.
What you think about creates your attitudes, governs your emotions, determines your behavior, shapes your relationships, and ultimately defines your life. But armed with God’s wisdom and fresh truth about brain health, you can take control over your thoughts and embrace the full and flourishing life you long for.
This Sunday’s sermon is entitled
“Think About These Things”
based on various passages from the book of Numbers.
Hope you can join us either in person or online! |

Dear Hephatha Family,
Have you ever wanted to learn how to pray with greater confidence? Have you ever felt like you just aren’t “good” at praying, or struggled to find the right words? I know that I have. Do you long to become more comfortable and effective in praying for your loved ones, your community, and those in need?
If any of those questions resonate with you, I invite you to join us on Saturday, October 17th, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm for a transforming Prayer Seminar. We are honored to welcome Pastor Chris Paavala—pastor, author, and lifelong student of prayer—who will guide us in developing a rich, meaningful prayer life rooted in God’s grace.
Following the morning instruction, we will close our time with a brief, prayer walk in our local community, putting into practice what we’ve learned as we cover our neighborhood in prayer.
This seminar is offered on a donation basis so that everyone can participate. Come with an open heart, and let us grow together in this privilege and exciting invitation of talking with our Heavenly Father.
In Christ—always the best place to be,
Pastor Arthur
