Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

 

Grace and peace to you during this Lenten season.

 

I wanted to share a warm and hopeful update regarding our ongoing search for a new Director of Christian Education / Director of Youth and Student Ministries.

 

Over the last several months, your Search Team has been working diligently praying, interviewing, reviewing candidates, and seeking the Lord’s direction every step of the way.

 

In the past month alone, we have welcomed several candidates to teach our middle school students on Fridays. These visits have been incredibly helpful as we discern gifts, teaching styles, and ministry fit. We are also actively working with our Pacific Southwest District and exploring additional avenues to identify strong candidates.

 

The good news is that we have two more candidates scheduled to come and teach, along with several additional interviews in the coming weeks. The process is moving forward with energy, prayer, and thoughtful care.

 

I want to thank you for your patience, your prayers, and your trust. God is at work, and we are confident He will provide the right person in His perfect timing.
